Terms and Conditions

Deposits and Payments

  • A deposit of 1 night’s tariff is required to secure your booking. This also applies to all group bookings. For bookings made during peak periods, long weekends or when local events are being held, a two night minimum stay is required.
  • All balances owing upon arrival are to be paid in full on check-in.

Check in/Check Out Procedures
Check in time is 2pm
Check out time is no later than 10am unless otherwise arranged with management
Arrivals after 5pm must make arrangements with reception prior to check in

Cancellation Policy:

  • During peak periods 7 days notice of cancellation is required for a refund. Outside of peak periods 24 hours notice is required.
  • A cancellation fee of $10 is applicable to cancellations.

Dogs are allowed at the managements discretion. All dogs must be kept under owners control at all times, so they do not disturb other residents enjoying the park.
